As a part of our team you're not just creating, manufacturing and selling kitchens, baths and wardrobes. You're paving the way for people, real people like you and me, to realise their kitchen (or bath or wardrobe) dreams.

You'll help deliver a solution that is surprisingly better than expectations at a surprisingly low price. Every day, you'll solve challenging tasks together with talented and skilled colleagues, whether you're working in one of our more than 175 franchisee-owned stores or at our headquarters in Denmark or in one of our sales offices around Europe.

We're a company that's willing to change and not afraid to move quickly and respond to changing times and technologies. Oh, and we're not afraid to have a bit of fun along the way.

A Great Place To Work

We are so motivated to be a great workplace, that we do a yearly survey of our employees to measure their satisfaction. We measure their views on leadership, their everyday job, the environment in which we work and most importantly, whether they would recommend us as a great place to work to their family and friends. Our goal is 95% and right now, we are at 90%. We're pretty proud of that, but we want to be even better.  

We work with the Great Place to Work organisation to conduct this yearly survey, and we are proud to say that we have achieved their designation of being a Great Place to Work® for 2022.
